Lamination & Mounting

Birmingham Color Graphics uses a GBC Titan 165 Laminator.

The laminator is capable of both hot/thermal and cold/arctic mounting and lamination. Maximum material width is 60".

BCG also uses a Douthitt Vacuum Table for vacuum mounting.

We mount to Foamcore, Gatorboard, Mattboard, Plasticore, Illustrator Board, Styrene, Signboard, Polymetal, & Aluminum panels.

Laminates - Gloss, Matt, Dry Erase, Adhesive Backed, Textured Pebble, & UV and weather protective.
